We operate over 40 daycares, children and youth homes, the Northwest Switzerland foster care center, and a women's counseling center. These are your tasks:
- Preparation of child-appropriate, fresh, and balanced meals
- Independent coordination and preparation of meals in compliance with operational guidelines, quality standards, and food regulations
- Proper and professional handling of food and equipment
- Compliance with hygiene and cleaning regulations according to HCCCP
- Ordering, inventory management, and checking delivered food for quantity, quality, and temperature
- Cleaning the kitchen including dishwashing
- Exchange and collaboration with the daycare management, all familea cooks
You bring with you:
- Cook EFZ qualification
- Experience in food procurement and logistics
- Expertise in various diets, especially in the children's sector
- Experience with food regulation legislation
- Willingness to work with the "fourchette verte" label
Your personal qualities:
- Initiative and commitment
- Friendly, appreciative manners
- Cooperative in a process organization
- Good German language skills
