Assistant to the Store Manager (m/f/d) 70 - 100%

• Support to the store manager in all tasks related to work organization, team management, and coaching
• Monitoring employees, various interviews, conflict management
• Customer satisfaction-oriented advice and sales
• Stock management and order placement
• Control and display of merchandise
• Sales checkout and cash register management
• Implementation of the company's strategy and concept
• Support to the manager in administrative tasks (cash register management, internal control system monitoring, goods receipt)
• Replacement of the manager during absences.

• Federal diploma of vocational education and training as retail manager or equivalent training
• Proven experience in sales and team leadership
• Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a team
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Proficiency in main computer software
• Excellent command of the French language
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Organizational skills, ease in human contacts with a strong customer focus.
