Construction Team Leader

We are currently seeking for one of our major clients in construction a:

Your tasks

• Management and supervision of a team of workers on structural work sites
• Organisation and allocation of tasks according to site priorities
• Reading plans and monitoring the execution of works
• Coordination with the site manager and various site stakeholders
• Quality control of completed works and respect of deadlines
• Management of equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the site
• Active participation in the work when necessary
• Strict application and compliance with safety rules and current standards
• Preparation of daily reports and feedback to the site manager

Your profile

• Training in construction or recognised experience in structural work
• Proven experience of several years as a team leader or team manager on structural work sites in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting
• Ability to manage a team and unite colleagues around site objectives
• Organisational skills, autonomy, and initiative
• Good stress resistance and ability to make decisions on site
• Fluency in French; any other language is an asset
• Driving licence required
