Tornos, Citizen or Escomatic Screw-Cutter

For one of our clients, a recognised player in the field of precision mechanics, we are looking for several experienced screw-cutters to strengthen their production teams

Whether you specialise in Tornos, Citizen or Escomatic, we want to learn about your background and technical skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the settings, start-ups and production monitoring on CNC and/or conventional screw-cutting machines
• Carry out series changes, tool corrections and adjustments necessary for production
• Guarantee the manufacture of high-precision parts in compliance with quality requirements
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of parts using appropriate measuring instruments
• Identify any malfunctions and make the necessary corrections
• Participate in the optimisation of machining parameters and continuous process improvement
• Ensure routine maintenance and first-level servicing of equipment

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training
• You have proven experience in screw-cutting and precision mechanics
• You master at least one of the following machine types: Tornos (Deco, EvoDeco, SwissNano), Citizen or Escomatic
• You have good knowledge of reading technical drawings and dimensional control
• Knowledge of CAM is a strong asset
• You are recognised for your precision, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• You enjoy teamwork and can adapt to production requirements
