Assembly Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Qualitative and punctual assembly and testing of mechanical modules and complete systems.

• Economic, cost-effective and timely assembly according to drawings, parts lists, schematics, work instructions or directives in flawless quality

• Perform complete vacuum tests according to test instructions and test protocols

• Identify and report errors in work documents, instructional parts, tools and operating equipment as well as initiate appropriate corrective measures

• Active collaboration with team leaders, design as well as upstream and downstream departments

• Create assembly, test and work instructions

• Take on projects and additional tasks

• Ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace

• Comply with safety and confidentiality regulations

• Adhere to ISO quality regulations

• Flexibility and teamwork regarding working hours

• Support with simple electrical wiring tasks

• Willingness to work weekends

• Optimise workflows and processes

• Active participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and 5S

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the mechanical field

• Basic knowledge of vacuum technology

• Basic knowledge of vacuum technology, control technology, pneumatics and hydraulics

• IT skills in MS Office, SAP

• In-depth product knowledge

• English skills are an advantage

• Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage

• Reliable, independent work in assembly areas

• Good comprehension skills

• Experience in vacuum technology is an advantage
