Area of Responsibility
You are responsible for the successful technical execution of your projects in the segments of «Commercial Office Buildings», «Residential Buildings», «Industry» as well as «Services» and have an overview of quality and deadlines. You accompany your assigned planning team in the respective sub-tasks of the projects and are the competent contact person for our clients and partners.
Your main tasks are:
- Project planning, cost estimation, and execution planning
- 3-D modeling
- Construction management
- Meetings and minutes with general contractor, client, architects, and other specialist planners
What you bring:
- Basic training in the field of sanitation (Training as a Building Technology Planner EFZ)
- At least three years of professional experience in an engineering office
- CAD skills
