Job Advertisement
The following job advertisement is especially aimed at former participants of a YES programme. We are looking to support the Corporate Volunteering Team from 1 August 2026 with a new Programme Manager for the Pintolino programme. In your role, you will report to the national programme management and work closely with an eight-member team.
Your Tasks
- Acquisition of school classes for the new programme
- Conducting presentations at schools
- Writing various programme documents and forms
- Contributing to the further development of the programme
- Half-day training sessions for volunteers to prepare them for their deployment
- Ongoing professional supervision and personal support of volunteers (voluntary persons from the business sector) as well as the teachers participating in the programme
- Active maintenance of customer relationships with volunteers and teachers
Your Profile
- Completed secondary school leaving certificate, preferably started studies with a focus on education or economics
- Good school reports and a strong interest in economic and educational policy topics
- Very good language skills in German (spoken and written)
- High degree of initiative, communicative, a team player, resilient and flexible
- Analytical thinking and independent, precise and reliable working style
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
