TASKS:
- Check/forward purchase requisitions
- Check/process order confirmations
- Create/check/process operational framework agreements
- Support supplier onboarding process
- Support SAP evaluations/reporting
- Close cooperation with accounting regarding adjustments of orders vs. invoices
- Manage central purchasing email inbox
- Contact person for questions regarding purchase requisitions/orders, general SAP questions
- Update SAP forms and templates
- Support updating internal SAP training materials
REQUIREMENTS:
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- SAP knowledge S4 (S&P), SAP Ariba (SLP, Sourcing, Contracts) knowledge advantageous
- Team player, but used to working independently and responsibly
- 3+ years experience in SCM/Operational Purchasing/Disposition
- German: native or advanced, French and/or English an advantage
