In this position, you are responsible for the process engineering planning and optimisation of demanding plants in the field of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. You accompany projects through all service phases, develop innovative technical solutions, and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of methods, technologies, and planning standards. Furthermore, you support the acquisition of new projects and, if suitable, can take on additional leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and technical supervision of process engineering projects in wastewater and treatment plant technology throughout the entire project duration
Development, evaluation, and implementation of demanding technical plant concepts for municipal and industrial applications
Analysis of complex process engineering issues and development of sustainable, economical solutions
Further development of internal planning and design methods, integration of new technologies, and participation in pilot and innovation projects
Use and introduction of modern digital tools, software solutions, and technical applications to optimise planning processes
Technical support in customer consulting, offer preparation, and acquisition of new projects
Possibility to take on technical or disciplinary leadership responsibilities
Qualifications:
Completed studies in environmental, process, or chemical engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in planning and realising process engineering plants in the field of wastewater treatment
Sound knowledge in the design, optimisation, and evaluation of technical processes
High IT affinity and interest in modern software solutions and digital technologies
Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and a high degree of initiative
Communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with customers and interdisciplinary project teams
Fluent German language skills
