What is my role?

• With your commitment, you ensure that our modern production facilities run reliably at all times: You independently and responsibly carry out inspection, maintenance, and repair work, thereby making a direct contribution to a smooth production process.

• Thanks to your technical know-how and analytical working style, you detect faults early and resolve them efficiently and sustainably. This ensures high equipment availability and keeps our production moving.

• You actively contribute new ideas, identify potential improvements, and lead optimisation projects from the initial idea to successful implementation. Your drive for improvement makes our processes better every day.

• Your commitment significantly contributes to ensuring that our products remain safe and of high quality – and that our operations function economically and efficiently.

• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from production, engineering, and other departments. You appreciate an environment where open communication, joint problem-solving, and continuous improvement are part of the culture.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training in a mechanical or comparable technical profession – providing exactly the expertise that is crucial in an industrial environment. Your experience forms the basis for high-quality work in daily operations.

• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility characterise you: For 3-5 weeks per year, you reliably take on early and on-call duties (without shift work), ensuring our equipment is always ready for use.

• Your strong willingness to learn as well as your structured and independent working style enable you to quickly familiarise yourself with new technologies and tasks. You tackle challenges, quickly become confident in new topics, and continuously develop yourself.

• As an open, communicative, and goal-oriented personality, you enjoy working in a team – while simultaneously taking responsibility for your own tasks. This way, you actively contribute to a constructive and solution-focused collaboration.

• Very good German skills and a category B driving licence complete your profile and make you flexibly deployable – whether in daily operations or on-site assignments.
