WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Together with our young and motivated colleagues, you will ensure the professional auditing and consulting of our clients, primarily public administrations and related businesses
• You will provide comprehensive advice to our clients in accounting and financial reporting (HRM) as well as in the preparation of financial statements and accompany them in assessing business processes and the introduction and further development of internal control systems
• In your leadership role, you will train our aspiring auditors on-the-job
• You will also have the opportunity to participate in the design and further development of internal tools and processes in the field of auditing
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker and enjoy working on acquiring new clients
• You maintain the network with representatives from the public administration sector and further expand it

THIS IS HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

• You are a certified public accountant and a licensed audit expert
• You have practical experience in the field of public administrations and/or in the area of non-profit organizations
• You have experience in the accounting or auditing of municipalities or cantons
• You are a team player, may already have leadership experience, and quickly connect with people through your authentic and positive demeanor
• You feel comfortable in a digital and dynamic work environment
• You have a strong command of the German language in both spoken and written form
