About the job
The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

Nursing Specialist, 50-100%
What to expect
- Ensuring professional basic and treatment care
- Carrying out medical-technical procedures and nursing services according to training and further education level
- Co-creating a meaningful individual daily life for people with multiple disabilities
- Taking on tasks within the framework of the interdisciplinary key worker system
- Creating and managing care and support plans and collaborating with relatives and legal representatives
- Willingness to work at night as well
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or as a health specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Positive attitude and willingness to support and contribute to operational development processes
- Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook)
