D365 Product Owner (F&O + Power Platform), 80-100% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement at our location in Zurich for a committed individual as D365 Product Owner (F&O + Power Platform), 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Technical product responsibility for D365 F&O and the Power Platform including maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog as well as leading agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and execution
• Assuming the application owner responsibility for D365 F&O including ensuring stable application operation, release, change and incident management, governance as well as coordination of internal and external support partners
• Analysis and optimisation of business processes as well as translating requirements into user stories, functional concepts and actionable solution designs
• Practical implementation of requirements in D365 F&O through functional designs and parameterisation or configuration in close coordination with the specialist departments and the technical team
• Sparring partner for the Product Manager D365 CRM as well as leading and implementing ERP and further development projects including managing external partners and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels as well as proactive communication of status, results and impact of delivered solutions
• Supporting end-to-end implementation by coordinating user acceptance tests (UAT), training, accompanying the introduction and ensuring the implementation of improvements
• Continuous improvement of the platform and working methods, for example through process and system optimisations
• Responsibility for AI-related topics in the D365 environment including identification, prioritisation and implementation of AI use cases, AI-supported automations as well as solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in computer science, business informatics or a related field
• Several years of experience, ideally at least three years, in the ERP environment
• Sound knowledge of finance and operational business processes as well as practical experience in configuring and parameterising D365 F&O modules including Payroll Swiss
• Experience as a Product Owner, functional consultant or in a comparable role; ideally also responsible for the operation and lifecycle of business-critical applications
• Confident handling of product backlog management and agile working environments
• Strong stakeholder management, very good communication skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Experience in project management as well as in coordinating teams and external partners
• Very good German skills at native level as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, a good understanding of AI use cases and AI-supported automations as well as Microsoft D365 certifications are advantageous
• Additional plus is experience in implementing or expanding corporate ERP systems as well as an accounting qualification (e.g. CA/CPA) or sound knowledge in accounting
