The Plein Soleil Department of the Lavigny Institution, located in Lausanne, is dedicated to people with progressive neurological diseases or brain injuries, and includes a 70-bed nursing home, a 10-place CAT, 12 protected housing units, and an outpatient therapy centre. It is a unique living and care environment in the Canton of Vaud, offering personalised support, with care and therapy services, educational and sociocultural activities, personal development and wellness workshops, spiritual support, and a service dedicated to the relatives of the residents.

We are looking, for our sociocultural service, Animation sector, for a:
Sociocultural Animator at 70-80%
Within a multidisciplinary team, you contribute to developing a dynamic, inclusive sociocultural offer adapted to the desires, needs and life projects of the beneficiaries.
Your missions
- Design, organise and lead individual and group sociocultural activities;
- Develop new activities promoting expression, choice, autonomy and participation of beneficiaries;
- Organise and accompany outings, events and projects encouraging openness to the outside world;
- Participate in institutional events and projects;
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals and partners;
- Participate in the development of the sociocultural offer and ensure the follow-up of projects for which you are responsible.
Your profile
- ES or HES training in sociocultural animation, social work, health or equivalent training;
- Experience desired with people with disabilities and/or in the medico-social field;
- Creativity, proactivity and ability to carry a project from conception to completion;
- Autonomy, organisational skills, adaptability and team spirit;
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary work;
- Availability for variable hours, including occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays;
- Category B driving licence essential.
