The International Trade Relations division within the Legal & International Department represents Switzerland's interests in the field of intellectual property law at the international level. As Advisor Intellectual Property, Innovation & Public Health, you work at the interface of intellectual property, innovation and public health issues.

What to expect with us
- You represent the IPI in the work of Swiss global health policy (GAP)
- You conduct negotiations and represent Switzerland's interests internationally
- You promote understanding of the role of intellectual property for research, innovation and public health
- You develop positions and coordinate matters within the IPI and with other federal offices
- You design and organise projects and specialist events
- You network the IPI with all key players at national and international levels
What makes you successful
- You hold a master’s degree in international relations, public health, political science, law or a related field
- You have several years of professional and negotiation experience, preferably in an international environment
- You are familiar with international health law and preferably also with intellectual property law
- You possess diplomatic skills and work in partnership with other federal offices and stakeholders
- You communicate complex issues clearly and convincingly
- You are a native German or French speaker, with good knowledge of the other language, and have excellent English skills
- You work reliably and precisely, both in a team and independently
