About the job
Key Account Management is the link between our major clients and our internal organisation. It represents and coordinates the implementation of overarching customer concerns and needs in collaboration with our property management.
As a service-oriented professional, you support our Key Account Managers and thus also our key clients at a high level.
Your tasks in detail
- Order placement, control and consolidation of customer reports
- Deadline monitoring
- Mandate-related administrative tasks
- Collaboration with various branches and services for the exchange of customer requests and instructions
- Organising customer meetings
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in a demanding assistant role
- Numerical flair and enjoyment in working with Excel
- Confident German, very good French skills
- You are attentive, precise and recognise the expectations of our customers and partners
- Even in challenging situations, you remain a convincing service provider
