Biomedical Analysis Technician ES at 90%
Your mission
- Independently and conscientiously perform medical analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, haematology, haemostasis, immunohaematology and pre-analytics, in compliance with current quality standards.
- Actively contribute to the quality of patient care by providing doctors with reliable results for prevention, diagnosis, therapeutic monitoring and biomedical research.
- Participate in the daily operation of the laboratory and in the rotation of shifts and on-call services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and the management of supplies in collaboration with the existing team.
- Take part in continuous improvement processes, internal and external quality controls, as well as the development and updating of quality documents.
- Perform blood sampling on outpatients.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with the various departments of the establishment, external partners and suppliers.
- Supervise and contribute to the training of new employees and EsSanté interns.
Your strengths
- Diploma as a Biomedical Analysis Technician ES or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge in haematology and in at least one of the following areas: clinical chemistry, haemostasis, immunohaematology.
- Proficiency in the use of laboratory-related computer tools.
- Rigor, autonomy and a sense of initiative.
- Interest in the continuous development of your technical and scientific skills.
Start date: 1st December 2026 or to be agreed.
