Your mission

• Independently and conscientiously perform medical analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, haematology, haemostasis, immunohaematology and pre-analytics, in compliance with current quality standards.
• Actively contribute to the quality of patient care by providing doctors with reliable results for prevention, diagnosis, therapeutic monitoring and biomedical research.
• Participate in the daily operation of the laboratory and in the rotation of shifts and on-call services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
• Ensure the maintenance of equipment and the management of supplies in collaboration with the existing team.
• Take part in continuous improvement processes, internal and external quality controls, as well as the development and updating of quality documents.
• Perform blood sampling on outpatients.
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily with the various departments of the establishment, external partners and suppliers.
• Supervise and contribute to the training of new employees and EsSanté interns.

Your strengths

• Diploma as a Biomedical Analysis Technician ES or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge in haematology and in at least one of the following areas: clinical chemistry, haemostasis, immunohaematology.
• Proficiency in the use of laboratory-related computer tools.
• Rigor, autonomy and a sense of initiative.
• Interest in the continuous development of your technical and scientific skills.
