Wound Expert, 20% - 30%
Your Tasks – Our Position
- Advising and supporting nursing teams in the treatment of complex wounds in the inpatient setting
- Promoting evidence-based wound care and patient support
- Ensuring high quality of care and continuous development of treatment competence in inpatient nursing
- Optimising the interface between inpatient and outpatient care of complex wounds
- Designing, coordinating and conducting training sessions, case discussions and further education for inpatient nursing teams
Your Skills – Our Requirements
- Completed further training as a wound expert
- Proven experience in wound management
- Willingness to actively participate in the regional outpatient network for wound care
- Strong advisory, communication and social skills
- German or French at C2 level (spoken and written) and knowledge of the other language (B2 level) with willingness to deepen it
