What you accomplish:
- Verification and calculation of the daily allowance entitlement (individual daily allowance) or the capital entitlement for disability or death in case of accident
- Conducting clarifications with insured persons, service providers, or other insurers
- Medical clarifications and derivation of further measures
- Responding to oral and written inquiries in French and German

- In addition to completed vocational training, you already have good knowledge in claims processing in the insurance sector and want to expand it
- You are willing to deal with various medical conditions or long-term serious accidents; your high customer orientation and resilience complete your profile
- You communicate convincingly, purposefully, and empathetically both orally and in writing fluently in German and French; any additional language is a plus
