- Ensure operational medication supply
- Manage decentralized ward pharmacies
- Maintain master data in the ERP system and perform administrative tasks (controls, Q-documents)
- Provide expert advice to nursing staff and physicians
- Assist with project work/individual special tasks based on strengths
Bring
- Completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant EFZ, experience in a hospital is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience
- Proficient IT skills in MS Office
- Experience with an ERP system (ideally Opale) and basic knowledge of accounting
- Service orientation with joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
