Public Prosecutor's Office | 80-100 % | Chur
With its 71 employees, the Public Prosecutor's Office is an independent body both functionally and materially from the criminal justice administration. It conducts criminal investigations against adults and minors in cases of crimes, offences and misdemeanours and must enforce the State's punitive claim. The main office of the Public Prosecutor's Office is located in Chur. It has branch offices in Davos, Ilanz, Roveredo, Samedan and Thusis.
We are looking for an appointed officer for the Public Prosecutor's Office starting 1 December 2026 or by agreement.
- Registration of cases and processing of personal data using our electronic case management system
- Creation of case files and management of pending case control
- Participation in the preparation and handling of all clerical tasks
- Substitutions
- Completed basic commercial training and professional experience
- Clean criminal record
- Autonomy, reliability and speed as well as the ability to work in a team, discretion, flexibility and a high capacity to cope with stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in German
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
- Familiarity with the most common IT tools
- Other language skills
