100% concierge- Prepare and carry out assigned tasks according to tickets
- Interior cleaning according to common needs
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance/repair work
- Responsible for the overall quality of objects
- Container removal, card loading and monthly cash management, laundry scheduling, control of interior and exterior light sources as well as their cleaning.
- Cleaning of accessible windows and light wells.
- Inspection of technical installations.
- Cleaning of exteriors, technical rooms, container rooms.
- Accompanying third parties (companies mandated by management)
- Replacement of their partner during absences
- Snow clearance
- On-call service
- CFC operations agent or equivalent training
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office)
- Driving licence
- Sense of responsibility
- Helpful with a strong customer orientation
- Autonomous and well-developed team spirit
