About the job
The Municipality of Ecublens is looking for the Youth Centre, a sociocultural facilitator (M/F/D)at 70%
Your profile:
Training as a HES sociocultural facilitator, HES/ES social educator, ES community facilitator or a CFC socio-educational assistant.
- Proven experience, aptitude and ease in working with young people (11-25 years).
- Good interpersonal skills and interest in working in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Writing and conceptual skills related to sociocultural facilitation.
- Autonomy in managing projects and routine tasks, initiative-taking ability.
- Ease and practice of networking work within a municipality, with various social, municipal and associative partners.
- Responsiveness and adaptability to the individual situations of young people.
- Strong interest in artistic, sporting, intergenerational and cultural activities.
- Ease or interest in multimedia communication and social networks.
- Availability, openness to flexible and irregular hours (evenings and weekends).
Main missions:
- Propose, organise and participate in the various activities of the Youth Centre (11-18 years), in close collaboration with the facilitation team.
- Contribute to the smooth running and development of the Youth Sector.
