YOUR TASKS
- Operational and personnel management of the ward with a focus on cardiac surgery
- Active participation in daily nursing care
- Monitoring and compliance with quality standards and internal guidelines
- Ensuring smooth departmental operations considering organisational and personnel resources
- Co-responsibility for budget compliance
- Representation of the department to internal and external contacts
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH (SRK recognition for foreign qualifications)
- At least two years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- Initial leadership experience from the level of deputy head of ward in a Swiss acute hospital
- Completed leadership training or willingness to undertake it
- Very good German skills as well as confident MS Office user skills
