YOUR TASKS

• Operational and personnel management of the ward with a focus on cardiac surgery
• Active participation in daily nursing care
• Monitoring and compliance with quality standards and internal guidelines
• Ensuring smooth departmental operations considering organisational and personnel resources
• Co-responsibility for budget compliance
• Representation of the department to internal and external contacts

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH (SRK recognition for foreign qualifications)
• At least two years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
• Initial leadership experience from the level of deputy head of ward in a Swiss acute hospital
• Completed leadership training or willingness to undertake it
• Very good German skills as well as confident MS Office user skills
