Property Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Optimising returns and ensuring efficient operation of the property portfolio

• Preparation and monitoring of budgets as well as investment controlling including reporting

• Contract negotiations and conclusions with major commercial tenants as well as participation in defining rent and cost policies

• Monitoring tenancy law processes, managing debt collection measures and debtor management

• Regular condition checks of the properties and initiation of necessary measures

• Support in investment planning and preparation of decision-making bases

• Management of all property contracts, master data and data maintenance in the operating system Reamis Next

• Participation in the further development of internal standards and processes in asset management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed further training as a federally certified real estate trustee or MAS Real Estate Management

• Several years of professional experience in asset or property management

• Independent, reliable and precise way of working

• Strong team skills and entrepreneurial thinking

• Confident German as well as good English and French skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office

• Strong social competence, high commitment and strong assertiveness

• Clear, open communication and an engaged, structured working style
