Your tasks:
- Responsibility for selected products of the Connectivity portfolio with the CCO including positioning, packaging & pricing, business cases, and roadmap
- Competitive and market analyses
- Active new customer acquisition with clear sales targets: pipeline building, demos/PoCs, offer management, and closing
- Deal support: assisting sales colleagues in complex sales cycles (including solution design in collaboration with engineering/NOC/security)
- Events & community: presence at relevant industry events, actively generating leads, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
Your profile:
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills up to C-level, and independent working style
- Dynamic, curious, and motivated personality with a winning charisma
- 5-10+ years of experience in the telecom/ISP/network service environment or in a combined role of product/presales/sales engineering, ideally with experience in account and business development management
- Technical foundation: IP networks & carrier services, DDoS, SD-WAN, and SCION
- Commercial & Go-to-Market skills: value proposition & storytelling, pricing & offer logic, RFP response including ROI/TCO considerations
- Creation and presentation of technical sales materials to customers and at events
- Routine in using CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), CPQ/offer templates, and common collaboration tools
- Fluent German and English skills
- Established network of relationships in the ICT and end-customer environment in Switzerland
