Lead ERP French-speaking Switzerland

At the crossroads of people, technology and business, you hold a key position where your leadership and ERP expertise allow you to grow both teams and projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the development and structuring of the activity in French-speaking Switzerland, managing a small team of consultants and working closely with your direct manager to build a high-performing organisation.
• Take part in the Management team and contribute to defining and achieving strategic and operational objectives.
• Assume the role of sparring partner with Management, challenge ideas and provide expertise, vision and concrete proposals.
• Unite employees, establish a positive collective dynamic and create conditions allowing everyone to fully contribute to the team’s success.
• Organise and coordinate resources according to priorities, available skills and the needs of various client projects.
• Maintain close proximity to the field by directly participating in the management and monitoring of projects, in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Support clients in analysing their challenges, defining their needs and evolving their processes, then translate these into relevant solutions around Abacus applications.
• Develop a lasting trust relationship with clients and contribute directly to the quality and success of completed projects.
• Fully integrate into the organisation, develop collaborations with different teams and promote the sharing of skills and expertise.
  

Your profile:

• You hold a higher education degree in a technical, commercial or financial field and have proven experience in project and process management.
• You master at least a second foreign language, such as German or English.
• Through your career, you have gained solid experience in the ERP field, ideally with an integrator, and know Abacus or other solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, ProConcept, Sage or SAP.
• You master the main financial and accounting processes and are well acquainted with the specifics of the Swiss environment.
• With proven experience in managing and developing teams, you have natural leadership and know how to unite, empower and develop your collaborators.
• You know how to provide clear direction, create a collective dynamic and support your team in achieving its objectives.
• Endowed with excellent analytical skills, you understand business processes as a whole and can grasp complex and cross-cutting issues.
• You are comfortable in client relations and appreciate exchanges and negotiations with interlocutors at different levels.
• Dynamic, communicative and unifying, you know how to create trust and mobilise people around common goals.
• With a true entrepreneurial spirit, you wish to actively contribute to the development of the activity and the building of its organisation.
• You are available to work mainly in Lausanne and to travel to clients throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
