YOUR TASKS
- Process responsibility for Payroll & Compensation including assistance with the annual salary review, processing of bonus payments, key figure reporting and year-end closing tasks
- Interface management Payroll, Controlling, Financial Accounting
- Responsible for time recording and the system (RTM)
- Responsible for handling social insurance and document management
- Participation in HR projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Sound knowledge in payroll processing and social insurance, understanding of financial accounting and key figure reporting
- Good knowledge of labour law, especially in the area of time recording and absences
- Interface management and the ability to communicate complex content in a recipient-oriented manner
- Ideally knowledge of the programmes Sage (Payroll) and RTM (time recording)
- Responsible team player with a structured, precise working style and confidence in dealing with various enquiries
