We are looking for our Passengers, Ticketing & Disruption department at Geneva airport, a

GROUND AGENT – Ticketing & Disruption between 80% and 100% (M/F)

Start date: 04.01.2027

Your tasks

• Welcoming passengers;
• Providing information to passengers;
• Ticket sales and changes;
• Collecting excess baggage fees;
• Passenger re-routing in case of cancellation or delay;
• Sale of various services (visas, VIP services, etc.).

Your profile

• Professional experience in a customer-facing role;
• Required ticketing experience in a travel agency, airport, etc. (IATA training without professional experience is not sufficient);
• Native French speaker or excellent command;
• Fluent English;
• Proficient with IT tools (a good level of Amadeus is required);
• Flexibility;
• Team spirit;
• Punctuality;
• Good presentation;
• Initiative;
• Good stress resistance;
• Communication skills;
• Clean criminal record.

Irregular hours every day, including weekends.
