Operations Employee with CNC Experience (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as an operations employee with CNC experience (m/f/d)

• Loading and operating modern CNC-controlled production machines in series production.

• Performing simple visual and quality checks (random sampling).

• Deburring, sorting, and preparing components ready for packaging.

• Reporting deviations or machine malfunctions to the shift supervisor / setter.

• Machine loading: Confidently inserting, clamping, and removing blanks and finished parts on CNC turning or milling machines.

• Part cleaning & rework: Clean deburring, cleaning, and packaging of finished workpieces.

• Simple visual & dimensional inspection: Consistently checking finished parts for visual defects and measuring with simple measuring tools (e.g. calipers, reject/good gauges).

• Cleanliness & order: Maintaining order at the workplace and performing simple cleaning tasks on the machines.

• Reliability & diligence: Precise, focused, and conscientious working, even with repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to work shifts: Willingness to work in shift operations (e.g. 2- or 3-shift).

• Manual dexterity: Good dexterity in handling metal parts and tools.

• Teamwork: Reliable and collegial cooperation within the production team.
