ZurichYour Tasks
- Leadership and organisation of a team of around 13 employees in both personnel and professional matters.
- Timely and professional coordination and execution of tasks and activities in the field of socio-educational care for young adult women.
- Ensuring a confidential reporting system for incidents/suspected cases of physical and verbal violence, risks, assaults and sexual harassment.
- Ensuring and coordinating administrative case management.
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy, social work (HF/FH) or related disciplines
- Completed leadership training as well as leadership experience in the social sector
- Independent, responsible working style, strong team orientation, flexibility and resilience
- Confident German (C1) and very good MS Office user skills
- High resilience and assertiveness, especially in demanding and challenging situations
- Enjoyment of direct contact with people, high social competence and cross-cultural understanding in dealing with different cultures and stakeholders

Start Date
From 1 September 2026, limited until 31 May 2027, with the option of a permanent position in the new Ettenfeld programme from 2027
Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 93,000 and 116,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary according to our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
