IT Services & Operations Administrator

To strengthen our IT Services & Operations team, we are looking for a 1st-Level Support. In this role, you ensure that our workplace IT as well as the IT-related support of our production lines function reliably in everyday operations. Your focus is on IT operations, hardware support, and a strong service mindset – both in the office and in production.
Your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for our users – in the office, in production, via ticket system, phone, or directly on site – and solve challenges where they arise
- You approach disruptions pragmatically, analyze causes, and find quick, effective solutions for hardware and software problems
- You handle IT equipment yourself: install, configure, roll out, and support – from PCs and laptops to industrial workstations, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
- You document clearly and understandably so that knowledge remains within the team and processes stay efficient
- You work closely with other IT teams and international interfaces and support production with more complex technical issues
Your profile:
- You are at the beginning of your IT career – after an IT apprenticeship or as an IT-affine career changer with initial practical experience
- You already have contact points with IT support, IT operations, or a service desk
- You bring solid basic knowledge around workplace and production-related hardware
- You enjoy interacting with people from different countries and cultures and communicate clearly and service-oriented
- You are flexible, reliable, and solution-oriented and enjoy operational tasks
- You have very good English skills, both spoken and written
