Your Tasks

• Quality Guarantee: Ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards and actively contribute to optimising processes – in close cooperation with the hotel management
• Guest Care: You provide a warm, personal and professional service on the ward – during room service, in the dining room and at events.
• Service Procedures: You ensure smooth service operations and take on the associated preparation and clearing tasks.
• Quality & Hygiene: You ensure compliance with our high hygiene and quality standards and actively contribute to optimising our processes – in close cooperation with the hotel management.
• Teamwork: You work closely with the nursing, therapy and hotel departments and thus make an important contribution to holistic patient care.
• Point of Contact: You are the central information person for patients, their relatives and internal stakeholders
• Team Collaboration: Close cooperation with nursing, therapy and hotel services – especially important in a rehabilitation clinic.
• Responsibility for Ward Service: e.g. orders, mise en place, serving, clearing and tidying.
• Patient Orientation: You respond empathetically to people in different health situations and place their needs at the centre.

Your Profile

• Training: Restaurant specialist with a federal diploma of vocational education and training (EFZ) or comparable qualification

• Experience: You bring experience in service or a comparable role in hospitals or clinics

• Personality: You are service-oriented, enjoy working with elderly people, are resilient and a true team player

• Weekend and Public Holiday Shifts: You are flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Languages: Good German skills, spoken and written
