Gardener - Foreman with Team Leadership and Site Organisation

• Lead the team on site and coordinate workflows
• Take over site organisation including planning, coordination and control of work steps and material use
• Carry out horticultural work and contribute experience in new installations and maintenance
• Lead and plan seasonal planting and sowing
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that work is carried out professionally

• Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ
• Experience in team leadership and enjoyment in organising work teams
• High degree of independence and responsibility in a solution-oriented working style
• Possession of driving licence category B and BE for necessary mobility

• Work on exciting and varied projects with diverse challenges
• Use of modern equipment and machines at the latest technical standard
• Targeted promotion of personal development through training and courses
