- The Continuous Airworthiness Manager is responsible for overseeing all continuous airworthiness management activities of the special aircraft fleet LTDB (Luft Transport Dienst des Bundes) composed of Falcon F900EX, Super King Air, Twin Otter
- Preparation and maintenance of the maintenance program (Aircraft Maintenance Program)
- Support for the approval of maintenance programs and modifications
- Coordination of MRO activities with Part-145 and the competent aeronautical authority
- Monitoring the compliance status of aircraft and components
- Management of preventive maintenance, defects, and compliance with Airworthiness Directives and/or Service Bulletins
- Ensuring quality management and maintaining Military CAMO certification
Your requirements
- Completed technical training with several years of experience in continuous airworthiness or Bachelor in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
- B1 license as an aircraft mechanic or C license according to EASA Part 66 regulations
- Experience in maintenance (MRO) of turboprop aircraft and/or business jets
- Knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-M, Part-145, Part-21)
- Customer-oriented personality, initiative, flexibility, and entrepreneurial approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Excellent command of German, both written and spoken; good knowledge of Italian and English
- Willingness to travel about 20-40% of the time in Switzerland (Zurich, Bern)
- Swiss citizenship required for this position for security reasons
