• You develop offers, products and health services throughout the entire lifecycle and shape their market success.
• By analysing customer, market and business data, you identify trends early and derive measures for customer benefit, growth and profitability.
• You specifically use new opportunities in digitalisation, data-based approaches and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to further develop our product portfolio.
• You develop business cases, technical concepts and requirements and implement them with interdisciplinary teams.
• You lead or accompany cross-departmental projects in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.

What sets you apart

• a higher business administration education or training (FH or university)
• several years of professional experience as a product manager in the insurance environment or healthcare sector
• strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a good dose of pragmatism and initiative
• interest in digitalisation, innovation and new technologies such as AI
• a communicative, persuasive and implementation-strong personality with a high customer orientation
