Manager AI Automation & BSI Processes (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Implementation of concrete Agentic AI use cases in customer service
- Definition, maintenance, and prioritization of the AI and automation backlog
- Modeling and optimization of processes directly in the BSI context
- Close collaboration with departments, operations, and external partners
- Testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of AI agents
- Monitoring KPIs such as cost per case, degree of automation, NPS
