Business Controller in Industry (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will actively shape the further development of several production sites as a production / plant controller and take on a key role with high visibility and direct influence on international production. You question existing processes, create standards, and drive changes together with the plants instead of merely focusing on data collection. Responsibilities:
- You harmonise calculation and valuation logics across all plants into a group-wide plant controlling standard
- In this role, you prepare standard, preliminary, and final calculations for semi-finished and finished products
- As a production / plant controller (m/f/d), you analyse deviations in the target-actual comparison and derive clear recommendations for action
- You support plant management as well as production planning, SCM, and procurement as a business partner on cost, productivity, and efficiency issues from analysis to implementation
- In this role, you condense complex production and cost data into well-founded decision templates for management and specialist departments
- As a production / plant controller (m/f/d), you actively shape the budget, forecast, and medium-term planning of the plants, identify cost drivers, and drive the expansion of the SAP S/4HANA controlling landscape and reporting
Qualifications:
- You have a degree or comparable further education in controlling, business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification
- You have at least five years of experience in production controlling or a comparable controlling function
- You have a strong interest in production processes and understand business contexts
- You are proficient in SAP (ideally S/4HANA) and MS Excel at a very good level
- You communicate clearly and understandably and can convey complex matters simply
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and have very good German and good English skills
