Your scope of action
You take charge of the development, elaboration and presentation of exciting individual projects in timber and hybrid timber-concreteWithin these development projects, you lead internal and external planning teams and advise clients and architects during the tender phase to find the best project solutionYou know and monitor public and private projects and tenders in the timber construction market and become active in prospecting when the opportunity arisesIn collaboration with internal specialists, you calculate solutions and building concepts tailored to our clients and lead contract negotiations until the contract is concludedThen, you hand over the project to the internal project management for implementation, while remaining involvedYour qualities
You have basic training in construction technology or studies in the field of construction and have a passion for sustainable materials such as wood and earthThanks to the experience you have gained so far in construction and project management at the execution, planning and calculation level (preferably in similar prefabricated timber construction and total enterprise projects), you have acquired a solid technical understanding and thus master the project startAs a team player, you communicate in French and German with your internal and external project teams and know how to motivate them to achieve common goalsYou work independently and in a structured manner and have a strong awareness of quality and costsOur advantages for you
