Head Nurse for Cardiology 80-100% (m/f/d)

The treatment spectrum includes cardiology, pneumology, dermatology, allergology, angiology, psychosomatics and paediatrics – both inpatient and outpatient. You will take on the professional and personnel leadership of a team of around 25 employees.
You actively promote, develop and support your employees and assist the team directly in care when needed.
You work closely with the nursing management as well as the attending doctors and are the contact person for relatives and external institutions.
You accompany patients on their way back to an independent life and ensure a high quality of care.
You actively contribute to the further development of the department as well as to the implementation of qualitative, strategic and economic goals.
Qualifications:
Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH.
Initial leadership experience including leadership training or willingness to undertake appropriate further training.
Experience in the field of rehabilitation is an advantage.
High social competence, strong team spirit and enjoyment in taking on responsibility.
Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
