Social Worker 50-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Working with children, adolescents as well as their parents and family systems
- Social work assessments and interventions
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist areas
- Professional advice within the team: You advise the treatment team on social, legal and family-related issues and contribute your expertise in case discussions. You identify social risk and protective factors and propose measures.
- Parental counselling: You advise parents on social, legal and insurance-related questions (e.g. disability insurance, child and adult protection authority, school integration). You mediate between the family, clinic and external agencies and coordinate support services.
- Networking: You maintain contacts with external specialist agencies (e.g. youth welfare office, schools) and ensure smooth cooperation. You participate in discharge and follow-up planning.
- Further development: You reflect on your counselling activities and contribute your expertise to internal projects. You support quality assurance and the further development of clinical social work
Your profile
- Completed degree in Social Work from a University of Applied Sciences
- Experience in the social psychiatric field and in working with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of legal regulations, especially child and adult protection as well as social insurance law basics
- Flexible, resilient, a team player, humorous and reflective
