• Shape safety & quality: You develop and implement the annual safety and quality plan, establish a transparent safety and error culture, and ensure that all occupational safety, environmental as well as GMP/food standards are consistently adhered to.

• Guarantee smooth operation: You proactively manage production planning, ensure uninterrupted supply to our on-site customers, and take responsibility for efficient deployment schedules.

• Maximise maintenance & plant availability: You plan and control preventive and condition-based maintenance work, manage downtime projects, and administer the maintenance budget to maximise plant reliability.

• Drive efficiency & innovation: You identify optimisation potentials, promote lean initiatives, and advance pipeline projects to sustainably improve operational processes technically and operationally.

• Strengthen the team & maintain relationships: You foster a trust-based working atmosphere, support your team in qualifications, and act as a reliable partner for customers, authorities, and contractors.

• Ensure emergency management: You keep emergency and business continuity plans up to date and ensure compliance through regular emergency drills and intact alarm systems.

• Experience & expertise: You bring solid professional experience in technical operations management, maintenance, or process engineering – ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. process industry, GMP or food law).

• Safety & quality awareness: A high degree of personal responsibility regarding occupational, process and environmental protection is natural for you.

• Leadership & team spirit: You meet people at eye level, appreciate open exchange, and know how to motivate teams and celebrate successes together.

• Analytical & solution-oriented thinking: Root cause analyses (RCA), key performance indicators (KPIs) and technical optimisations come easily to you.

• Communication skills: You communicate clearly, empathetically and confidently at all levels – from your operations team through authorities to customers and external service providers.

• Languages: German and English, French and Italian are advantageous.
