About the job

Marché Restaurants Schweiz AG is one of the 10 highest-grossing Swiss companies in the full-service system catering sector and is the clear number 1 in motorway catering with the brand "Marché". Since 2014, Marché Restaurants Schweiz AG has been an independent subsidiary of the Coop Group. With our brands and concepts - Marché, Zopf & Zöpfli, Burger King, Popeyes and Firehouse Subs - we are not only present on motorways or at Zurich Airport, but also at the largest Swiss train stations Zurich, Bern and Basel as well as in some popular shopping centres in German-speaking Switzerland. Or in other words: We enhance the everyday life of our guests, everywhere people take a break for refreshments while on the move.

Zopf & Zöpfli is a take-away concept centred almost entirely around the Swiss favourite: the Zopf. In addition to Zöpfe in various variations, the offer at Zopf & Zöpfli take-aways also includes salads, muesli and drinks.
