About the job
Buechehof is a social therapeutic institution for adults with cognitive impairments, based on anthroposophical principles. The biodynamic farming and gardening, together with various other work areas, provide the foundation for a natural and meaningful work and life structure for the people entrusted to our care. For our work areas we are looking for:

Your area of responsibility:
- Collaboration in one or more of our work areas;
- Accompaniment / support / promotion of people with cognitive impairments in the respective work area.
Requirements profile:
- No professional prerequisites;
- Enjoyment in discovering new fields of work;
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team;
- Resilience and initiative;
- Socially interested personality.
