Application Manager
80-100%Your tasks
- You actively shape the implementation, configuration, and further development of our ERP/TMS system 4Ward
- Consulting and support of internal departments on application-related topics
- You ensure data quality as well as optimization of processes in transport and warehouse logistics
- 2nd-level support and coordination with external service providers (3rd-level support)
- You plan and optimize our EDI interfaces (EDI/API)
- You convey your knowledge in practical training sessions and workshops for users and superusers
- Participation and management of digitization projects in the logistics area
You bring
- Commercial or technical basic training
- Professional experience in the field of transport and/or warehouse logistics
- Sound knowledge of ERP and TMS systems
- Very good German and good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Affinity for IT systems, ideally knowledge of SQL, API, XML
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and independent working style
- You are a team player, communicative, and customer-oriented
