Dispatcher / Deputy Head of Dispatch (m/f/d | 100%) in Construction Transport in Hasle b. Burgdorf BE
Your tasks
- Dispatching trucks (construction transport) with the prospect of taking over the deputy head of dispatch
- Customer advice and order acceptance for material deliveries to customers
- Flexible planning and economic deployment of our truck fleet
- Post-processing of delivery notes and administrative tasks
- Organisation and coordination of daily business
- Problem-solving in case of issues and disruptions
We expect from you
- Completed training in logistics or comparable qualification
- Commercial further training or corresponding experience is an advantage
- Further training as a transport and logistics dispatcher is an advantage
- Professional experience as a dispatcher, ideally in the transport and logistics industry
- Good knowledge in route planning and dispatching
- Experience with construction materials such as concrete, gravel, excavation, surfacing and skips
- Initiative, creative as well as goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Flawless oral & written German skills
- Driving licence C / CE (advantageous) and good IT affinity
