For our client, an established Swiss company with modern infrastructure, we are looking for a reliable, independent, and practically minded individual as a caretaker / maintenance specialist with training responsibilities 100% (m/f).
In this varied role, you combine practical work around buildings, facilities, and surroundings with organisational tasks as well as the supervision of apprentices. You ensure that infrastructure, operational equipment, and outdoor areas are maintained, safe, and functional.
At the same time, you take on an important role in the training of young people and support them in their professional and personal development.
- Performing minor repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep tasks
- Support with internal changes, setups, disposal issues, and general operational tasks
- Coordination and execution of internal transport or service trips as needed
- Supervision and support of apprentices in the area of building and operational maintenance
- Planning work assignments, learning objectives, and practical training tasks
- Encouraging apprentices in daily work with clear guidance and regular feedback
- Support in the selection and induction of new apprentices
- Collaboration with internal departments, vocational training managers, and external partners
- Further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate is an advantage
- Experience in building maintenance, technical maintenance, or infrastructural operational maintenance
- Enjoyment in supporting and fostering young people
- Organisational skills, sense of responsibility, and independent working style
- Practical, solution-oriented, and service-minded personality
- Good IT user skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours within an extended daily operation
- Driving licence category B mandatory, additional categories advantageous or willingness to obtain them

Profile
- Completed training in operational maintenance, building services, facility services, technology, or a comparable field- Further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate is an advantage
