What is my role?

• Professional handling of insurance claims in the field of accident insurance

• Recording and assessment of minor cases and simple standard cases with incapacity for work

• Ensuring correct benefit provision according to legal requirements and internal guidelines

• Distribution of electronic documents and invoices

• Collaboration with the recourse department and consulting doctors

• Regular exchange with agencies, brokers and key customers

• Contact person for policyholders and insured persons

• Participation in various projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial or medical training with a commercial background

• Ideally first experience in UVG claims processing

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Communicative and customer-oriented personality

• Independent and precise working style

• Enjoyment in dealing with people
