The Intake team advises people with health impairments, checks the eligibility requirements, and ensures that the IV benefits they are entitled to are paid. We are looking for an empathetic personality by agreement who values direct contact with people in difficult life situations. Your tasks
- You process early detection reports as well as IV registrations for adults and adolescents applying for vocational measures and/or pension benefits.
- You conduct initial interviews with the insured and record medical, economic, and social aspects.
- You carry out initial economic clarifications by requesting and reviewing the relevant documents.
- You clarify the insurance medical situation in cooperation with the Regional Medical Service (RAD).
- You check the eligibility requirements for the individual possible benefits. If the requirements are not met, you directly issue a rejection decision.
- You triage the files for the review of vocational measures and/or pension benefits when eligibility requirements are met.
Your skills
- You have a commercial education (EFZ) with professional experience or another vocational training with further education in the commercial field.
- You have knowledge of social insurance, especially in-depth knowledge in the IV benefits area or another social insurance.
- You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our processes and are interested in continuously educating yourself in the subject area.
- You are a motivated, independent, responsible, and resilient personality with a positive attitude.
- You have good oral and written communication skills and enjoy working in a structured and precise manner.
