For our corporate service centres and the entire Workshop sector, we are looking for a:

Workshop Assistant Substitute

Adapted production workshops provide employment for adults with intellectual disabilities who benefit from disability insurance. Through support focused on empowerment and personal development, the socio-professional team aims for the social and professional integration of employees in adapted employment. The sector also offers work places for people experiencing loss of capacity or ageing, as well as a space for those temporarily needing enhanced support.

Within this institutional context, you will intervene in replacement situations in the supervisory roles of our beneficiaries.

Your profile_

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical or manual field;
• Forklift licence is an advantage;
• Interest in support within the field of disability;
• Good adaptability, flexibility, and initiative;
• Ease in relationships, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team;
• Driving licence B and experience driving minibuses.

Activity rate: variable. There is no predefined activity rate. The substitute is free to accept or decline the proposed replacement situations.

Contract type: occasional hourly contract. Substitutes under occasional contracts are also insured with our pension fund from the first hours of replacement.

Start date: as soon as possible.
